concerning Brad Pitt

Seriously, Brad?
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew.

Also, does it make me a horrible person if I find joy in the fact that the biological children of two of most acclaimed beautiful people (Brad and Angelina) aren't spectacularly gorgeous? Their kids are cute, but there is really nothing extraordinary about them. They just look like kids.

Suri Cruise on the other hand was born beautiful. It's too bad her father is a total lunatic.

And of course my kids were created as beauty itself. They were born, and still are, the most gorgeous children that will ever exist. Even when I'm out of town and Husband takes them into public with mis-matched clothes and crazy hair that hasn't seen a comb for two days. (I know you're probably questioning my claim to beautiful children now, but trust me, as their mother I have never seen cuter kids than my own.)

And someone please tell Brad to shave. And burn that jacket. And possibly ditch those sunglass forever. I can't tell him myself, because I seem to have lost his cell phone number. (I know it's around here somewhere...)

I've never liked Brad. When he's cleaned up he's far too pretty. When he's sporting facial hair he's as you say, "ewwww!"

Nope. Don't like him.

Yes, I agree, they are the most spectacular kids on the planet;no matter what they're wearing! They were all truly GORGEOUS newborns and have stayed right on track! (But have you ever noticed that Brangelina and Tomkat's kids are usually wearing some weird outfits as well?!!!!!)

I think Shiloh is kind of pretty, or at least has potential, but certainly she could never even come close to the beauty your kids possess. Just sayin', since I have only seen pictures of them (and one of them is a little frightening (monkey) -- DARLING, but a little frightening). But in real life, I would like my husband to run into them when he and your husband are in charge at the same time. Then my husband will be able to see that Dads actually CAN have their act together, and he has something to work toward. Even though mine are old enough to comb their own hair.
Your posts make me laugh. Thank you.

What the....

Why would he let himself look like a homeless man?

Yes I agree! Brad Pitt is one of those man that can go from really hot to well just plain ugly... and he really does seem to flip flop back and forth a lot.

He looks about 20 years older like that.

And just so you know, my children are the cutest ever. Sorry to tell you! ;)

I like Brad almost as much with that look as I do with any other (not very much). I need to see more interviews with him or something, because I just get the impression he's not all that clever a person. (not like you HAVE to be clever for me to like you, or anything, it's just. . . I don't know. And also, YOU are TOTALLY clever, as you know, so I TOTALLY like you. But not in the way most girls like Brad Pitt. I'll stop now)
Brad Pitt as always been a weirdo that is why he married to Angelina. I think he was yummy hot in the Meet Joe Black days. but this picture he looks like one of those old men you see at gas stations with coffee in the morning complaining with all the other old men. And also I'm guessing he spent a couple thousand dollars on this sad look.

Jaron wanted me to add that Brad Pitt will always be the hottest man alive

Seriously. Bomber jackets just make me think of Tom the Loon. Whose daughter is completely gorgeous. You're right about that.

Looking at the pics of your kiddies in the sidebar (are they new pics?) I would have to agree that they are adorable. Nearly as adorable as my own. And talking about kids in mismatched clothes.....when I see other kids with crazy hair and clothes in the store, I think the mom should take better care of her kids. (Judgmental, but true.) But when my own kids look like that, I just think it's cute. The cowlicks and the clothes that they picked out themselves.

Brad is making the pot plant behind him look bad.
I thought Brad Pitt was hunk-a-hunk when he was younger. But he has aged alot since hooking up with Angelina. I like facial hair but not that facial hair.
Suri Cruise is a beutiful little giurl. I think her dad is an a##.Just my opinion.
Oh yes, by the way my grandkids are the most beautiful kids ever. LOL

I am an artist.

I really am. But not one of those deeply moving, "what do you mean you don't understand my painting, it's BLUE" kind of artists.  I'm more like one of those "oh hey, a pen and a napkin, doodle doodle doodle" kind of artists.  Because I do it for fun.  And yeah, for money.  But still.  Fun....most of the time. But I feel like branching into new mediums.  Do you know how long it's been since I painted?  Like with something other than finger paints or the kids' water colors where all the colors are mixed so they just come out brown anyway? It's been awhile.  I've been itching to paint for months. I've also wanted to let Monkey loose on a canvas for awhile.  He's not like my other kids (who all carry mine and Husband's arty genes) who like to draw endless pictures of unicorns, princesses, transformers or dinosaurs.  Monkey likes to feel his art.  He'll probably end up being one of those deeply moving types.  And I'...

I won't be offended if you answer NO to the question at the end of this post

So this post will probably lose me a lot of respect and friends and possibly even a few phone calls to the Health and Welfare department. But I just feel like posting it, it's kind of like saying it outloud, but without having to watch someone's face react to the horror. And today, I really feel the need to say it outloud. So if you read this and don't feel like being friends anymore, I get it. With everyone's kids going back to school (and our school district being the last to start in the entire world, so I'm still sitting here dealing with summer child overload) I keep reading the posts about how mothers are sad to see their kids go, and how much they're going to miss them, and how much they absolutely love motherhood. Want me to tell you what I think about motherhood? I hate it. There are times when I hate it more than any other thing on the planet. And there goes most of my friends. But I'm sorry. I do. I hate being a mother. I don't hate my c...

dream home

I don't really want a 'dream home'. I don't want to settle down in one house to raise my kids and then grandkids and then great-grandkids. I don't want to be trapped within the confines of the same exact walls from this moment until the day I die. The whole idea sounds like torture. Sometimes my house feels like a prison. (Although, I think it may have something to do with the little wardens that keep me from leaving at my leisure.) And once I've lived in one place long enough I just get really really bored. We've been married for 8 years and moved 7 times. I always hate the moving part, but I do like being somewhere new. And the house we're in right now is actually perfect for us. Just the size we need, great neighbors, close to the school, blah blah blah. The only thing is that we're renting and I can't paint the walls. I like painting walls. But for the most part, I really like living here. Granted, we've only lived here for seve...
